Check in/out time policy:

- A half day charge for late check out between 14:00-18:00 hrs.
- One night room charge for check out later than 18:00 hrs.

Room reservation: Availability will be guaranteed if booking is made before October 10, 2008 After this date, room will be subject to availability.

Deposit: Major credit card guarantee, or payment for first night before October 10, 2008

Cancellation: Cancellation before November 3, 2008 is accepted without penalty. After November 3, 2008, cancellation fee equivalent to two nights room charge would be applied automatically to guest’s account.

No show: For no show, two nights room charge would be applied to guest’s account.
