room. One night charge for check out
after 20.00 hrs.
Terms and Conditions The booking must be made through
hotel website linked to organizer's website or as
per organizer's requirement. Room reservation guarantee: A
one night room charge guarantee by the credit card
from individual guest is required. Please provide
information on credit card number
credit card type and epiry date upon making room
reservation. Cancellation in writing received
before 14 days (February 17, 2010) prior to arrival
date is accepted without penalty. Cancellation in writing received
after 14 days(February 17, 2010)prior to arrival
date,a one night room charge will apply to guest's
account. No show will be subjected to
a fee equivalent to a one night room charge against
guest's credit card. The rates will be applicable
from pre and post 7 days subject to the hotel's
room availability.
