Did not like the products you shopped from Imperial Tara?Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of fashion jewellery but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. We offer a very simple and easy 7 days return policy to you.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons Naths(Nose Pin)  is not Returnable.

MODE OF REFUND

Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code. The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases.

Coupon code equivalent to the return product value will be shared for your future purchases. Please note the below for returning your Imperial Tara Boutique purchases.


    • Inform: Share the photos/ opening video and tags of the Product(s) you need to return. This should be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you receive your product.
      You can email us at info@imperialtara.com to inform us about your return and we will call you back to explain you the return process. You can also reach out or customer support team 10 am to 6 pm  or WhatsApp us at +91 9154568005.
    • Return: The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 7 days from the day you receive your order. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

  • Eligibility

    • All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code. 
    • Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional Rs. 100 shipping cost, or you may collect them in-person from our warehouse. 
    • Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 7days, are not eligible for returns. 
    • All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given. 
    • As we clearly mentioned the dimensions i.e weight and length  of the product in detail.Refund will not be accepted if you feel the product  is too big or too small after receiving the order.
    • As all the pictures are taken in day light and all colours specifications are given below the product clearly .Return may not be  accepted If you feel that the colour is not matched 

REFUND TIME

  • Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders.
SPECIAL REFUNDS

In very rare case if the ordered product is not in stock or rejected in quality check while dIspatching, we will request the customer to select any other piece of their choice or refund the amount in the same mode of transfer.
