1. In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

ORDER DISPATCH
Our Imperial Tara orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours, We ship on all weekdays(Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays .You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER DELIVERY
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 3-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

We provide free Shipping on order value above ₹ 1999. If the order value is below ₹ 1999 customer directly pays the shipping charges which are calculated at the check out .
RETURNS SHIPPING POLICY
The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
